Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

By using GasMath ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What GasMath does

GasMath estimates the most cost-effective gas station for you based on live prices, driving distance, and the vehicle details you provide. It returns a single recommendation. It is an informational tool, not a guarantee.

Estimates and accuracy

Fuel prices, station availability, distances, and vehicle data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Recommendations are estimates and may be wrong. Accuracy is inherently lower for hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles because their fuel consumption is more complex. Always verify the posted price at the pump. GasMath does not provide financial advice.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and personally. Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract bulk data from the Service or its providers.

Third-party services and Google Maps

The Service uses Google Maps Platform and OpenRouteService. By using GasMath, you also agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (including the Google Privacy Policy). Google content is provided by Google and attributed accordingly within the app.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasMath and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
